| Position Overview: |
| 3 months contractual role |
| Provides strategic guidance and expertise to clients, whilst overseeing the project from inception to completion. |
| Key Responsibilities: |
| Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including email marketing, automation, journey builder, and data management. |
| Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, providing guidance and best practices to internal teams and clients. |
| Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective marketing strategies and campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. |
| Oversee the integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives. |
| Develop and execute data-driven segmentation strategies to target audiences effectively, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud's capabilities for personalized and relevant communication. |
| Experience with building strategies for end customers to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth. |
| Drive continuous improvement through campaign analysis, A/B testing, and performance optimization, maximizing ROI and customer engagement. |
| Requirements: |
| Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. |
| 7+ years of experience in marketing automation, with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. |
| Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and experience with integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM. |
| Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and segmentation techniques. |
| Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization. |
| Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and drive actionable insights for optimization. |
| Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator). |
