SALT - Back of House Team Member

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella – SALT, Switch, Parker’s, Grind, Somewhere and Public.

Due to our amazing growth, we are actively seeking new BOH Team Members for SALT. We have opportunities across the UAE and are keen to connect with energetic and outgoing candidates who share our passion for food and creating amazing customer experiences!

Our BOH Team Members work across multiple sections in the kitchen, whether it is in the prep area, the various cooking stations or in checking and monitoring inventory.

To be considered for this role, you need to have at least 3 years' experience working in a similar environment. You will hold a PIC and have a strong understanding of food hygiene standards and be a great team player.
