SAP Functional Lead (HCM & SuccessFactors)

• Experienced and proactive SAP SuccessFactors Functional Lead to drive the successful implementation and ongoing management of SAP SuccessFactors platform across the organization.
  


• The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, implementation partners and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of HR transformation initiatives.
  


• Collaborate with business leaders to gather, analyze and document human resource requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  


• Serve as the primary point of contact between Human resource, IT and business units for all SAP SuccessFactors initiatives.
  


• Coordinate with implementation partners, SAP consultants and third-party vendors to ensure quality delivery.
  

Requirements

• 8–12 years of overall experience in HR Technology, ERP, or Digital Transformation programs.
  


• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
  


• Experience leading at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
