Sap Mm Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Lead with 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Materials Management implementation, support, and integration. The ideal candidate will lead SAP MM initiatives, manage end-to-end project cycles, and act as the subject matter expert across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP MM implementation and support projects across global business units. Gather and analyze business requirements; design and configure SAP MM processes. Manage full lifecycle SAP MM projects – blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with cross-functional SAP modules (SD, WM, PP, FI, CO, QM) for seamless integration. Lead and mentor SAP MM consultants and manage offshore/onsite coordination. Engage with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and sustainable SAP MM solutions. Conduct user training, UAT sessions, and prepare functional specifications for technical development. Handle master data governance, procurement processes, inventory management, and invoice verification in MM. Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives
