Job Title: Manager – UAE Transfer Pricing & Corporate Tax

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Experience Required:
3 to 7 years of post-qualification experience (CA) in Transfer Pricing and Corporate Tax,
preferably with exposure to the UAE and Middle East region.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Tax Manager to join our fast-growing UAE
Transfer Pricing and Corporate Tax practice. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in
international tax advisory, business development, and client relationship management, and
should be eager to take ownership of projects and contribute strategically to the growth of the tax
practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage UAE Transfer Pricing and Corporate Tax projects including
documentation, compliance, and advisory.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to attract and retain high-profile
clients across sectors.
• Serve as a key client relationship manager, ensuring high standards of service delivery
and client satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities for revenue growth within the tax domain,
including cross-selling with other service lines.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in UAE tax laws, regulations, and transfer
pricing guidelines, and ensure clients are informed and compliant.
• Manage, mentor, and train junior staff, ensuring consistent professional development and
quality output. Prepare and present high-quality deliverables such as client proposals,
reports, and presentations. Collaborate with partners and senior leadership to define the
strategic direction of the practice
Desired Candidate Profile:
• CA-qualified with 3 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in Transfer Pricing and
Corporate Tax, with significant exposure to UAE tax laws.
• Strong technical knowledge of OECD TP Guidelines, UAE CT laws, ESR, and other
regional tax regulations.
• Proven experience in business development and client acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong executive presence.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – ability to work as a business owner, not just as an employee.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Willing and genuinely interested in relocating from India to Dubai.
