Job Description - Scaffolders

We are seeking experienced and skilled Scaffolders to join a leading construction company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for erecting, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding structures while ensuring safety and compliance with site standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures as per project requirements

• Ensure scaffolding is stable, secure, and safe for use

• Inspect scaffolding materials and equipment before use

• Follow safety regulations and company procedures at all times

• Work closely with site supervisors and construction teams

• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

• Identify and report any safety hazards on site

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a Scaffolder in the construction industry

• Good knowledge of scaffolding techniques and safety standards

• Physically fit and able to work at heights

• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

• Candidates must be from India only
