  • Minimum 1–2 years of post -graduate clinical experience, with at least 1 year focused on musculoskeletal/orthopedic or pediatric/adolescent cases; prior scoliosis caseload experience strongly preferred.

  • Excellent manual skills and cueing ability to guide complex postures and breathing patterns safely and effectively.

  • High level of patient education and communication skills to motivate adolescents and adults to adhere to structured home exercise programs.

  • Comfortable working with braced and post‑operative scoliosis patients as part of a multidisciplinary care pathway.

  • Empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity when working with female patients and their families.

  • Ability to manage schedule, documentation, and follow -ups efficiently; basic comfort with EMR/clinic software.

Working Conditions

  • Outpatient physiotherapy / scoliosis specialty clinic setting with scheduled 1:1 appointments, typically 45–60 minutes per session.

  • Use of dedicated Schroth space with mirrors, wall bars, stools, therapy balls, bands, and other props to facilitate 3D postural correction and breathing work.
