Security Manager

As the Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all security operations, ensuring the protection of company assets, personnel, and properties across various sectors. You will develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures in compliance with UAE regulations and international best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security strategies, policies, and procedures for residential, commercial, retail, warehouses, and shopping mall properties.
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of security personnel, ensuring high standards of performance and adherence to protocols.
• Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats and implement mitigation measures.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other relevant technologies.
• Respond to and manage security incidents, emergencies, and investigations, ensuring timely reporting and resolution.
• Liaise effectively with local law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and relevant government authorities (e.g., Dubai Police, SIRA, Civil Defense).
• Ensure full compliance with all UAE emirates' security standards, regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Manage security budgets, resources, and vendor relationships efficiently.
• Provide regular reports on security performance, incidents, and recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven managerial experience in security operations, specifically managing diverse properties such as Residential, Commercial, Retail, Warehouses, and Shopping Malls.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge and practical experience with all UAE emirates' security standards, regulations, and licensing bodies (e.g., SIRA, DPS).
• Leadership: Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in security technologies (CCTV, access control, alarm systems) and MS Office Suite.
• Certifications: Relevant security certifications (e.g., SIRA license for Security Managers) are highly preferred.
• Attributes: High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
