Key Responsibilities

· Maintain security posts and access control points

· Greet and assist guests, visitors, staff, and contractors

· Conduct routine patrols to ensure safety and security standards are maintained

· Monitor entry and exit of personnel, deliveries, and equipment

· Provide escorts when required

· Respond to alarms, incidents, and suspicious activities

· Support safety and security inspections across the property

· Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong security presence

· Ensure compliance with JA Resorts & Hotels security policies and procedures

Requirements

Education ✔ High School Diploma or equivalent

Certification ✔ DPS / SIRA Certified

Experience ✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in the security field

Computer Skills ✔ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Language Skills ✔ Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
