Security Operations Manager

Job in brief:

If you have extensive experience in security services company as an operations manager, then you are the one we are looking for!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the security services, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.

Coordinate and manage security personnel, including approving vacation requests, conducting site visits, and ensuring proper training and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of security service delivery.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their security needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Monitor security systems and infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and implementing upgrades as necessary to maintain optimal performance.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold the highest standards of security and compliance.

Identify and mitigate operational risks, developing and implementing effective mitigation plans as needed.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance security protocols and operations.

Develop and manage budgets for the security services department, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any stream preferred.

Proven experience in operations management within the security services industry.

Must have SIRA Certification.

Must have valid UAE Driving license.

Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact with clients, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: AED 6000 – 8000/ month
