I am currently looking for a Senior SOC Transformation Delivery Manager to join the world's leading vendor, working in Dubai, on a 12 month extendable contract.

Job Summary:

The Senior SOC Transformation Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of SOC transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in managing Profit & Loss (P&L), and the ability to drive complex projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SOC operations, cybersecurity best practices, and experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SOC transformation projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.

Leadership:

• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for professional growth.

Client Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships with senior leadership and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to clients and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
• Manage client expectations and address any concerns or challenges that arise.

Financial Management:

• Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed financial parameters.
• Track and report on project financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

SOC Expertise:

• Leverage deep knowledge of SOC operations, tools, and technologies to guide project delivery.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in cybersecurity to ensure projects are aligned with best practices.
• Advise clients on SOC strategy, design, and implementation to enhance their security posture.

Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, regulations, and policies throughout project delivery.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
