Role summary

Lead an ELV team delivering AMC/service + installation + commissioning for security systems across UAE sites. This is a hands-on role responsible for daily planning, escalations, site coordination, and reporting quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 3 to 4 technicians/engineers per team (task allocation, daily planning)
  

• Act as technical escalation for CCTV, access control, barriers, alarm systems, and VMS/connectivity issues
  

• Oversee installation/commissioning activities and ensure proper testing and handover
  

• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, and internal stakeholders
  

• Ensure documentation quality: service reports, method statements, test sheets, handover packs
  

• Support SIRA compliance readiness and team capability building
  

• Manage site travel logistics (company vehicle vs car allowance approach)
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Experience: 5 to 10 years ELV security systems, with 2+ years leading teams
  

• Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s preferred
  

• SIRA: Strongly preferred (priority)
  

• Must have UAE driving license + own car (client requirement)
  

• Able to travel across all Emirates
  

• Strong troubleshooting + reporting + stakeholder handling
