Main Responsibilities:

Oversee the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Manage the payment process, including scheduling and coordinating payments to vendors, while maintaining a healthy cash flow.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely manner.
Assist in the preparation of monthly expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Support month-end closing activities by reconciling accounts payable transactions and preparing journal entries as necessary.
Provide analysis and reporting on accounts payable metrics, such as aging reports.
Monitor and control expenses within the accounts payable function to ensure alignment with budget.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounts payable function, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and operation department, to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or any related field.
ACCA or CA is a plus.
5-10 years of experience in accounts payable/ budgeting or related accounting roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
