Senior Architectural Engineer 

Role Summary:

The Senior Architectural Engineer leads the architectural design and technical coordination of complex building projects. They ensure designs are functional, sustainable, and compliant with building codes and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Oversee architectural design from concept to construction, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements.
  

• Technical Coordination: Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil disciplines to integrate all systems into the architectural design.
  

• Code Compliance: Ensure designs meet local building codes, fire safety standards, accessibility, and zoning regulations.
  

• Project Management: Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple projects; provide guidance to junior architects and draftsmen.
  

• Site Supervision & Quality Control: Participate in site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure construction quality matches design intent.
  

• Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to manage expectations and deliver successful outcomes.
  

Requirements

Experience Requirements:

• 8–15 years of experience in architectural engineering, including high -rise, commercial, or institutional projects.
  

• Proficiency in design tools like Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM coordination.
  

• Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and specification writing.
