Job Description

As a Senior Associate in the Private Equity team, you will play a critical role in the full lifecycle of investments-from origination and due diligence through to execution and portfolio management. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading financial analysis, valuation, and modeling for potential investments
• Supporting deal structuring, negotiations, and documentation
• Conducting market and sector research with a focus on GCC opportunities
• Managing relationships with portfolio companies and contributing to value creation initiatives
• Preparing investment committee materials and presenting findings
• Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders across the investment process

The Successful Applicant

• Must be currently working in the UAE (essential)
• Native or fluent Arabic language skills (essential)
• 6-8 years of experience in private equity or M&A
• Proven track record in executing transactions and managing portfolio companies
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Deep understanding of the GCC investment landscape
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
