What we're looking for? 

✅ UK-qualified corporate/commercial lawyer (common law) with at least 5 years of experience, and trained at a large-scale US/UK law firm
✅ Already based in the UAE (1-2 years’ local experience ideal)
✅ Entrepreneurial mindset + ability to thrive in fast-moving environments
✅ Excellent communicator (written + verbal).

Bonus points if you've got
Fundraising/venture experience Cross-border advisory experience (Europe / Middle East)

Exposure to data protection, IP, consumer law, or digital assets

✅ Tech-savvy and comfortable with legal tech

✅ Strong commercial contracts background with high-growth tech clients

What we're offering

AED X / month (flex for exceptional candidates)
Up to 12% of gross base salary as an annual bonus
