Senior Associate Director - Private Banking

Role: SENIOR ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR – PRIVATE BANKING / WEALTH MANAGEMENT

Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 10+ years

We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate Director with a strong background in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Management or Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and manage HNW/UHNW client relationships and drive AUM growth.
Develop new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
Advise clients on suitable investment, wealth management and private banking products.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships and deliver high service standards.
Stay updated on market trends, investment products and client requirements.
Ensure compliance with DFSA, AML, KYC and investment suitability requirements.
Work closely with internal teams and external counterparties to deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment, Financial Markets or Financial Planning.
Strong knowledge of Private Banking products and investment solutions.
Proven experience in client acquisition, AUM growth and relationship management.
Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and DFSA is preferred.
Experience with Private Banks or EAMs in DIFC will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.
