Senior Brand Manager - Aman Studio - 6 Month Contract

Role

The Senior Brand Manager will support the development of Aman's growing portfolio of Residences and hospitality-led projects. Based in the Dubai Corporate Office, this role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, creative production and residences sales. The Senior Brand Manager serves as the first point of brand guardianship for EMEA projects, acting as the primary interface between regional development activity and Aman Studio in London. They are responsible for actively reviewing outputs, interrogating briefs from marketing teams, and ensuring that every go-to-market strategy reflects a deep understanding of each destination’s audience, competitive landscape and unique positioning.

This role is a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Act as the EMEA brand guardian, ensuring all project deliverables align with Aman brand standards and project positioning.
• Review and provide strategic feedback on key collateral, including floorplans, CGI renders, brochures, presentations and branded touchpoints.
• Maintain brand consistency across the EMEA portfolio while incorporating relevant local market nuances and destination insights.
• Develop project positioning, messaging and storytelling that clearly articulates each destination’s unique value proposition.
• Translate architecture, design, location and heritage elements into compelling brand narratives and marketing concepts.
• Evaluate and challenge project briefs to ensure clear definition of audience, competitive landscape, channel strategy and brand activation approach.
• Serve as the key liaison between the Dubai regional office and Aman Studio, ensuring strategic alignment and effective go-to-market planning.
• Partner with internal teams, developers and external stakeholders to uphold brand standards and creative excellence throughout project development.
• Act as the primary EMEA contact for developers and project teams, providing guidance on brand application and ensuring consistent communication.
• Support broader brand and creative strategy by contributing market intelligence, identifying opportunities for improvement, and maintaining the highest standards of quality across all project outputs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury, hospitality, branded residences or a similar creative field
• Demonstrated ability to interrogate a brief, identify strategic gaps and articulate a clear point of view on audience, competitive positioning, USPs and channel fit, particularly within destination-led luxury residential or hospitality contexts
• Strong understanding of luxury branding, visual storytelling and high-end customer expectations
• Ability to confidently review and critique creative collateral with a strong eye for detail
• Understanding of architecture, interiors, spatial design or real estate marketing collateral is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and presentation tools preferred
