Responsibilities:

• Provide expert anesthesia services for a variety of surgical procedures in a private healthcare setting.
• Assess and evaluate patients preoperatively to determine appropriate anesthesia plans.
• Administer anesthesia safely and monitor patients throughout surgical procedures.
• Manage anesthesia emergencies and complications effectively.
• Supervise and mentor junior anesthesiologists, anesthesia nurses, and technicians.
• Develop and implement anesthesia protocols and best practices to ensure high standards of patient care.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate perioperative care.
• Maintain accurate anesthesia records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development to stay updated with advances in anesthesiology.

• Medical degree with valid licensure to practice anesthesia.
• Completion of residency and board certification in Anesthesiology.
• Extensive experience as a Senior Consultant Anesthesiologist, preferably in a private healthcare setting.
• Strong expertise in administering anesthesia for diverse surgical procedures.
• Excellent clinical judgment and ability to manage complex anesthesia cases and emergencies.
• Effective leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior staff.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.
