As a Senior Consultant in Cardiac Anesthesia, you will take on a leadership role in providing comprehensive anesthesia care to patients undergoing a wide range of cardiac procedures. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive pre-operative evaluations of patients to assess their anesthesia needs and risks.
• Formulate and implement individualized anesthesia plans for various cardiac surgeries.
• Administer anesthesia and closely monitor patients’ physiological status during surgical interventions.
• Manage post-anesthesia care, providing effective pain management and addressing any complications.
• Lead and mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge and best practices in cardiac anesthesia care.
• Collaborate actively with cardiac surgeons and healthcare professionals to improve patient care and surgical outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification in Anesthesiology.
• Significant experience (minimum of 5 years) in cardiac anesthesia, with a strong track record in clinical practice.
• In-depth knowledge of cardiac physiology, pharmacology, and anesthesia management during complex surgical procedures.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and work as part of a team.
