As a Senior Consultant in Cardiac Surgery, you will be responsible for the comprehensive care of patients with complex cardiac conditions. You will lead surgical teams, mentor junior staff, and drive excellence in clinical practice within state-of-the-art facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with cardiac diseases
• Perform advanced cardiac surgical procedures, including but not limited to coronary artery bypass grafts, heart valve surgeries, and heart transplants
• Lead and supervise surgical teams and assist in complex surgical operations
• Develop and implement treatment protocols to enhance patient outcomes
• Engage in research activities and contribute to clinical studies in the field of cardiac surgery
• Provide mentorship and training to junior consultants and medical staff

Requirements:

• Medical degree with a specialization in Cardiac Surgery
• Board certification in Cardiac Surgery with a valid license to practice in the UAE
• Extensive experience in performing complex cardiac surgical procedures and managing high-risk patients
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with patients and their families
