Key Responsibilities:

• Performing complex cardiovascular surgeries with precision and care, including coronary artery bypass grafting and valve replacements
• Managing all aspects of patient care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Conducting thorough patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans
• Providing mentorship and training to junior surgeons and medical staff
• Engaging in clinical research to foster innovation in cardiovascular procedures
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining the highest standards of patient safety

• Medical degree with board certification in Cardiovascular Surgery
• Extensive experience (minimum of 5-7 years) in cardiovascular surgical practice
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in mentoring surgical teams
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with patients and healthcare professionals
