Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with colorectal disorders
Perform a variety of intricate surgical procedures, including both open and minimally invasive approaches
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on best practices
Lead the clinical team in patient management and expected outcomes
Educate and mentor junior surgeons and healthcare professionals within the facility
Engage with patients and their families regarding treatment options, risks, and prognosis
Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Participate in research initiatives and contribute to the advancement of the field through evidence-based practices
Medical degree with a valid license to practice as a Colon and Rectal Surgeon
Completion of a residency program in Colon and Rectal Surgery
Extensive experience in performing complex colorectal surgeries
Proven leadership experience in a surgical or clinical setting
Deep understanding of surgical principles and patient management protocols
Strong diagnostic, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
A commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a government facility
Desire to contribute to continuous education and development of medical staff
Experience working in a public health or government healthcare environment is preferred
Ability to work well in a high-pressure, dynamic environment
Working Time is Full Time.
Salary is AED 55K TO AED 90K (Specialist, Consultant).
Benefits are Good Monthly Salary + Incentives + Standard family benefits like accommodation, Air ticket, Medical insurance, and Education allowance.
