Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with complex internal medicine conditions while maintaining a focus on personalized care.
• Provide expert consultation for challenging cases and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and medical staff in clinical practices and decision-making.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and health education programs to enhance patient care standards.
• Engage in research activities to support innovation and best practices in internal medicine.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain the highest standards of medical practice.

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Internal Medicine.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine, preferably in a private healthcare setting.
• Proven track record of managing complex medical cases and delivering exceptional patient care.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in mentoring healthcare professionals.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with medical teams and patients.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records and related healthcare technologies.
