Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals with a variety of internal medicine conditions.
• Lead diagnostic procedures, treatment protocols, and complex case management for patients.
• Mentor and support junior consultants and medical practitioners in their professional development.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives and healthcare programs.
• Conduct research activities aimed at improving clinical outcomes and advancing medical practices.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and compliance within all practices.
• Advocate for patient education and community health initiatives.

• A Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO) with board certification in Internal Medicine.
• At least 5-7 years of substantial clinical experience in Internal Medicine, ideally within a private healthcare sector.
• Expertise in diagnosing and managing intricate medical cases, showing a patient-first approach.
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience within a healthcare framework.
• Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills, essential for teamwork and patient interaction.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and modern healthcare technologies.
