Responsibilities

• Provide expert obstetric and gynecological care, including management of high-risk pregnancies and complicated gynecological conditions.
• Lead and perform advanced surgical procedures with precision and adherence to best practices.
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
• Engage in patient education and counseling on reproductive health, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and contribute to clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with medical advancements through continued professional development and research participation.

• Medical degree from a recognized institution with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Extensive clinical experience with a minimum of 7-10 years in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Proven expertise in managing complex obstetric and gynecological cases, including surgeries.
• Valid medical license to practice in Abu Dhabi or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams while maintaining high standards of patient care.
