Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced diagnostic services through the examination of tissue and fluid samples, ensuring accurate and timely results.
• Lead and mentor a team of pathologists and laboratory staff, promoting professional development and a collaborative work environment.
• Oversee laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance protocols.

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Pathology.
• Board certification in Pathology.
• Current medical license to practice in the UAE.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in diagnostic pathology, including leadership roles.
• Proven experience in managing laboratory operations and leading teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of quality control practices, regulatory compliance, and laboratory management.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to foster a positive and productive work culture while driving organizational improvements.
