Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' needs to formulate effective treatment plans
Lead and execute a variety of aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries with precision
Guide and mentor junior surgeons and surgical staff, fostering an environment of learning
Collaborate effectively with specialists across various medical disciplines to ensure holistic patient care
Oversee post-operative care and ensure optimal recovery for patients
Educate patients about surgical procedures, expected outcomes, and recovery processes
Document and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with medical regulations
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in plastic surgery and contribute to professional development within the hospital
Participate in institutional quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
Uphold high standards of ethics and professionalism within the surgical practice
Board certification in Plastic Surgery
Extensive experience in both aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures
Strong leadership qualities with a history of mentoring surgical teams
In-depth knowledge of current surgical techniques and patient safety protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interactions
Ability to collaborate productively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Attention to detail and strong clinical decision-making abilities
