Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including advanced assessments of patients with complex respiratory conditions
• Order, perform, and interpret a variety of diagnostic tests such as spirometry, imaging studies, and bronchoscopy
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of pulmonary diseases, ensuring appropriate treatment plans are developed
• Mentor and supervise junior physicians and healthcare personnel in best practices for patient care
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement integrated care pathways for respiratory patients
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
• Engage in research and educational activities to advance knowledge in the field of pulmonology and contribute to local medical education
• Stay abreast of current advancements in pulmonology to ensure evidence-based practice

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Pulmonology
• Significant experience in clinical pulmonology, particularly in a senior or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of advanced diagnostic procedures and treatment modalities in pulmonology
• Experience working in a government healthcare facility or similar environment is preferred
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior staff
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and multidisciplinary teams
• Proven ability to handle complex and high-pressure clinical situations
