Job Description - Senior Engineer - HVAC

Black & Grey HR is hiring a Senior HVAC Engineer for a leading Tier 1 contracting company in Dubai, UAE. Our client is seeking an experienced and technically strong professional with expertise in high-rise building projects to lead HVAC engineering, site execution, and project coordination activities across large-scale developments. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead and supervise HVAC works for high-rise construction projects

-Review HVAC designs, technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation

-Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution

-Monitor installation, testing, balancing, and commissioning of HVAC systems

-Ensure all HVAC activities comply with project standards, authority regulations, and safety requirements

-Track project progress, manpower, and material usage to achieve project timelines

-Identify and resolve technical issues related to HVAC systems and installations

-Prepare site reports and support project planning and execution activities

Requirements

-Bachelorâs Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech) is mandatory

-8â13 years of experience in HVAC engineering within the construction industry

-Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE/GCC

-Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, MEP coordination, and site management

-Ability to review and interpret technical drawings and specifications

-Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills

-Immediate availability preferred
