Job Description - Senior Estimator

Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Senior Estimator to join our client’s team in the luxury building materials industry in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We are seeking a skilled professional with proven expertise in marble and stone estimation, capable of managing complex projects with a strong focus on technical accuracy and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze architectural and engineering drawings, particularly AutoCAD files, to understand project scope and specifications.

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for marble and stonework, including material quantities, cutting, labor, and installation.

- Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for tender submissions and project execution.

- Collaborate with sales, design, and project management teams to align estimates with client expectations and project requirements.

- Source and validate material costs and supplier quotations.

- Track and evaluate project variations and prepare cost impact reports.

- Provide technical insights on stone cutting, finishing, and installation processes.

Requirements

- Proven experience in marble/stone estimation within the construction or luxury interiors industry.

- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical project documentation.

- Strong understanding of stone cutting processes, costing methodologies, and BOQ preparation.

- Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
