Senior Estimator - Joinery

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates (Bill of Materials) for joinery projects in commercial buildings, hotels, and villas
  
• Specialize in estimating disciplines including joinery, upholstery, and FFE works
  
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and related documents to ensure accurate costing
  
• Use Advanced Excel, AutoCAD, and PlanSwift for estimation processes
  
• Ensure compliance with DCD and design requirements for fire-rated and acoustic doors
  
• Lead and manage a team in costing for high-value projects
  

Requirements

• Experience preparing cost estimates for joinery projects in commercial buildings, hotels, and villas
  
• Strong focus in estimating joinery, upholstery, and FFE works
  
• Technical and commercial skills in analyzing project specifications and drawings
  
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, AutoCAD, and PlanSwift
  
• Knowledge of fire-rated and acoustic doors as per DCD or design requirements
  
• Leadership experience in managing costing teams for high-value projects
  
• Preferably a Civil Engineering degree or equivalent engineering qualification
