Senior Executive - Sales

1. Advise prospective investors on the most suitable business setup, facilities, products, and services based on their operational and commercial requirements.
2. Act as the primary relationship contact for existing customers seeking business expansion, relocation, consolidation, or diversification opportunities.
3. Understand customers' business plans and recommend appropriate land, warehouses, offices, showrooms, logistics facilities, and value-added solutions.
4. Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through direct engagement with prospects, partners, agents, and referral networks.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and key decision-makers to support customer retention and business growth.
6. Provide customers with expert guidance on company establishment, licensing, leasing, regulatory requirements, and operating within the free zone.
7. Prepare commercial proposals and support negotiations in line with approved commercial policies and pricing frameworks.
8. Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities to facilitate the customer's setup or expansion requirements.
9. Maintain continuous engagement with customers throughout their investment lifecycle to identify cross-selling, upselling, and expansion opportunities.
10. Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and provide market intelligence.
11. Ensure all customer opportunities, pipeline activities, and sales transactions are accurately maintained within the designated systems.
12. Achieve individual sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
13. Prepare periodic pipeline, conversion, and business development reports for management review.
14. Represent the organization during customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and promotional events.
15. Ensure a seamless and positive investor experience by proactively addressing customer concerns, coordinating solutions, and maintaining effective stakeholder communication.
