Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical care to patients across all age groups, addressing acute and chronic health conditions.
• Lead and mentor junior physicians and healthcare staff to promote best practices and high-quality care.
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient management.
• Engage in community health initiatives and patient education to promote preventive health.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation.
• Stay abreast of latest medical guidelines and advances in family medicine.

• Medical degree and board certification in Family Medicine.
• Extensive clinical experience as a Family Medicine Physician, preferably in senior or leadership roles.
• Valid medical license to practice in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and high standards of patient care.
