Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary:

To manage bank relations, investments, tax compliance, and internal audits for a UAE-based diversified group, with a focus on automotive, rent-a-car, construction, and project-based businesses. The candidate must have relevant UAE experience and strong internal audit experience within a diversified business group.

Key Responsibilities:

Bank Relations Manage banking relationships, bank facilities, and financial transactions.

Investment Management Oversee investments, evaluate investment opportunities, and support strategic financial decisions.

Tax Compliance Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and other applicable tax regulations.

Internal Audit Lead internal audits, assess financial controls, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.

Diversified Business Audit Conduct internal audits across automotive, rent-a-car, construction, and project-based businesses.

Financial Management Oversee financial operations, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting across multiple companies.

Cost Control: Monitor expenses, identify discrepancies, and control costs.

Qualifications:

• CA Passed.

Experience:

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, internal audit, and financial management.

• UAE-based experience with knowledge of UAE tax regulations, banking operations, and financial compliance.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of internal auditing, bank relations, investment management, and tax compliance.
• Experience in diversified business groups, particularly automotive, rent-a-car, construction, and project-based businesses.
• Strong financial analysis, risk assessment, and internal control skills.
