Job Description - Senior Fleet Sales Executive

Calls on and visits targetaccounts to introduce the company’sproducts.
Evaluates customer requirements andneeds, and negotiates with the customers to finalize thedeal.
Keeps abreast with tender requirements,attends bids proposals and ensures requirements are met to closethedeal.
Tendering
Maintainspersonal contact with fleet accounts to solicit, acquire andmaintain business relationships
Attends tocustomer calls and ensures customer queries and requirements (i.e.quotation) are attended to within the set standards of salesprocedures.
Provides fleet status reports(daily, weekly, monthly) as and when required by the National SalesManager to ensure necessary actions aretaken.
Ensures that delivery processrequirements are met in order to ensure customersatisfaction:
Ensures all related documents andnecessary paperwork are completed
Advisescustomers on requirements for bank/insuranceapprovals
Coordinates with Service orperson-in-charge for pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and timelydelivery.
Maintains a fleet tracking system tomaintain an up-to-date customer profile and contact status toensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat or referralbusiness
Monitors fleet customer needs andservice requirements and coordinates with the Sales Manager toensure that customer requirements are attendedto
Keeps himself abreast with productinformation, features, accessories, market/competitor informationin order to provide the necessary information to customers and aidthem in their buying decisions
Providesfeedback to Sales Manager on market conditions, competitiveproducts, policies, distribution activities, advertisinginitiatives, etc. that will aid decisions on salesstrategies.
