Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (AI-Augmented)

About the Role

We're a healthcare technology provider looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who combines solid software engineering fundamentals with modern AI-assisted development practices.

You'll work within a cross-functional product team to design, build, deploy, and operate healthcare features, including patient-facing and admin systems. We follow a "You Build It, You Ship It" culture where engineers own features from ideation to production and post-deployment monitoring.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain full stack applications using PHP/Laravel, Vue, React, TypeScript, and MySQL.
  
• Design and integrate REST and FHIR APIs.
  
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering on solution design and product ideation.
  
• Use AI tools to accelerate development while validating outputs for correctness, security, and maintainability.
  
• Participate in code reviews and help prevent AI-generated hallucinations from reaching production.
  
• Build automated tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and support production systems.
  
• Participate in incident reviews and post-mortems to identify root causes and improve reliability.
  
• Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.
  

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  
• 1+ year of AI-augmented software engineering experience.
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  
• Experience owning software through deployment and production operations.
  
• Cloud platform experience (preferably Azure.)
