Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Implementation:
- Implement paid growth initiatives like PPC campaigns andpaid social media advertising to acquire leads.
- Implement Social Media campaigns targeted for organic growth and supporting and content syndication.
- Implement lead nurturing programs to convert them from leads to customers and for upselling existing customers.
2. Analytics and Reporting: - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives to track key performance indicators and identify areas for optimization.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholder.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to coordinate efforts and drive results.
Requirements
- Should have 3-5 years of working experience.
- Previous experience in marketing or related roles, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
