Senior Growth Associate - Marketing

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Implementation:

• Implement paid growth initiatives like PPC campaigns andpaid social media advertising to acquire leads.
  
• Implement Social Media campaigns targeted for organic growth and supporting and content syndication.
  
• Implement lead nurturing programs to convert them from leads to customers and for upselling existing customers.
  

2. Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives to track key performance indicators and identify areas for optimization.
  
• Generate reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholder.
  

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
  
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to coordinate efforts and drive results.
  
  

Requirements

• Should have 3-5 years of working experience.
  
• Previous experience in marketing or related roles, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
