Experience: 10+ years
Contract: 6 months extendable
Certified M 365 OR AD certification
Salary : 10,000 AED

Job description

• Work experience as senior HD engineer, HD team lead required
• 10+years of related experience
• Certified in M365 , AD and have great technical capabilities to use manage engine and service now tools
• Works with senior management to improve IT operational workload and create regular monthly reports of the IT Ops achievements
• Have good experience dealing with MDM solutions such as Itunes and Jamf
• Have proven record of improving HD function efficiency by reducing number of tickets, automation, procedures, etc
• Technically capable of handling windows ,MAC troubleshooting and having strong communication skills to deal with VIP and VVIP
