Senior HR Manager

Salary: AED 30,000 – 35,000 Our client who operate in the Media & Information Industry are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join their team. Reporting into the HR Director, the Senior HR Manager will work across the Group focussing on various countries and will be responsible for the following: Recruitment: Establish and drive recruitment strategy and plans for the whole group by identifying ways to hire the highest quality candidates for each country. Contribute to the future development of the business by creating, managing and constantly improving a resourcing programme that supports the company goals. HR Generalist: Performance Management, Talent Development, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Policies & Procedures and other HR functions.
