Our client who operate in the Media & Information Industry are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join their team. Reporting into the HR Director, the Senior HR Manager will work across the Group focussing on various countries and will be responsible for the following:
Recruitment: Establish and drive recruitment strategy and plans for the whole group by identifying ways to hire the highest quality candidates for each country. Contribute to the future development of the business by creating, managing and constantly improving a resourcing programme that supports the company goals.
HR Generalist: Performance Management, Talent Development, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Policies & Procedures and other HR functions.
Min: 30000 Egyptian Pound (EGP)
Max: 35000 Egyptian Pound (EGP)

Key Competencies:
• Masters in related field.
• 7+ years HR Generalist experience with an emphasis on Recruitment.
• Media experience would be an advantage.

• Arabic would be an advantage.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally.
• Strategic individual.
• Team player.
• People person (trustworthy, reliable).
