Job Description - Senior HR Performance Specialist

Hiring for Senior HR Performance Specialist : -

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance management strategies aligned with organizational goals, leveraging analysis techniques to optimize effectiveness.
  • Design comprehensive performance evaluation systems, encompassing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and review processes, with a strong emphasis on deriving insights from data analysis.
  • Offer guidance and support to Line managers and employees on performance enhancement strategies and methodologies.
  • Utilize analytical tools to dissect performance data, identifying trends, patterns, and correlations pertinent to employee performance.
  • Spearhead performance review processes to ensure fairness, transparency, consistency, and objectivity, driven by data-driven decision-making methodologies.
  • Provide assistance in implementing performance improvement plans, utilizing data to monitor progress and evaluate outcomes effectively.
  • Initiate and lead efforts aimed at recognizing and rewarding exemplary performance within the organization.
  • Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the impact of performance initiatives on organizational objectives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and budgetary constraints.
  • This role requires a proactive approach to performance management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive organizational objectives through effective performance strategies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with focus on performance

management and financial analysis.

  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills required.
  • Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for performance

improvement.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics or data analysis related field;

certification is a plus.
