Job Overview

A Senior HR Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing end -to -end recruitment activities, ensuring the organization attracts, evaluates, and hires top talent aligned with business objectives. The role requires strong expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, stakeholder coordination, and recruitment analytics, along with a deep understanding of the UAE job market and employment regulations.\

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to onboarding.
  

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role specifications.
  

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies.
  

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates’ technical and behavioral competencies.
  

• Maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  

• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  

• Negotiate salary packages and employment terms in line with company policy.
  

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company hiring standards.
  

• Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports for management review.
  

• Oversee onboarding processes and ensure proper documentation.
  

• Guide and mentor junior recruiters or recruitment coordinators.
  

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  

• Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or consultancy environment.
  

• Proven track record of successfully filling mid -level and senior roles.
  

• Knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and employment regulations.
