Job Summary
The Infrastructure Administrator manages and supports the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of systems and networks.
Key Accountabilities
Core Responsibilities
Administer servers, networks, storage, and cloud systems.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Implement infrastructure upgrades and patches.
Maintain backup and disaster recovery systems.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
Document infrastructure configurations and procedures.
Support IT projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Self-Management
Set annual performance goals with the reporting manager.
Maintain continuous learning in infrastructure technologies.
Educational Qualifications & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Preferred certifications:
Networking: CCNA
Systems: MCSA
Cloud: Azure/AWS
Security: CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC
Experience
5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration.
Skills
Language Skills: Written and spoken English is essential; Arabic preferred.
Technical & Professional Skills:
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Knowledge of networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Key Interactions
Internal: IT Team, Business Units, Tiger Management.
External: Service Providers, Vendors.
