Our growing company is seeking to hire a sales manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.

Responsibilities:

• Looking for candidates who are passionate about cloud Solution sales. We are looking for energetic, persistent Inside Sales Managers who will work with experienced Senior Account Managers across the GCC Countries.
• Plan and own prospecting activities, targets and results for specific regions
• Create and follow-up on qualified leads, build and nurture relationships, schedule initial meetings and demonstrations for the Senior Account Managers with leading organizations across the GCC Countries.
• Work closely with Senior Account Managers, help build sales pipeline and win deals
• Collaborate with various internal teams including sales, marketing, pre-sales, professional services, legal teams, help submit RFX, follow-up on various deliverables to prospects.
• Develop and generate qualified leads through outbound calling and email campaigns
• Follow-up on inbound leads, event attendees, leverage various digital channels to do prospecting on target accounts

Requirements:

• Consistent track record in meeting and exceeding lead generation, forecasting targets and demand generation objectives
• Experience calling into Enterprise accounts at CXO, VP, CIO, CFO and Director level contacts.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar salesforce tools
• Create and execute personalized email campaigns, maintain high call volumes every day
• High level of drive, energy, enthusiasm, commitment and professionalism
