Senior Interior Designer - Luxury Furniture

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of high-end residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept development through completion.

This role requires a creative professional who can transform client requirements into innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing interior spaces while ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, budget, and project objectives.
  


• Develop creative interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
  


• Manage the complete design process from initial concept through project completion.
  


• Prepare mood boards, material selections, layouts, and presentation materials.
  


• Produce detailed 2D drawings and design documentation using AutoCAD.
  


• Research and specify finishes, materials, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and accessories suitable for each project.
  


• Ensure designs comply with project requirements, quality standards, and installation specifications.
  


• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  


• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
  


• Support clients with space planning, furniture layouts, color schemes, and styling recommendations.
  


• Present design concepts confidently to clients and incorporate feedback where required.
  


• Identify potential business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  


• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in interior design.
  


• Proven experience delivering high-end residential and commercial interior projects.
  


• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D). Experience with 3D visualization software is an advantage.
  


• Excellent understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and construction details.
  


• Strong space planning and design visualization skills.
  


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  


• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  


• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  


• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  


• Experience working on luxury interior projects.
  


• Strong knowledge of current interior design trends and materials.
  


• Ability to develop creative and practical design solutions.
  


• Experience coordinating with contractors and site teams during project execution.
  


• Commercial awareness with the ability to contribute to business development and client acquisition.
