Senior Legal Counsel

Summary

• To support on a range of legal issues impacting the exhibition and non-exhibition business of ADNEC


• To ensure that legal requirements are effectively obtained, documented and communicated to all relevant parties in case of all legally binding contracts or agreements.


• To provide expert opinions required by the internal departments / functions at ADNEC on legal issues related to clients, vendors or employees


• The job holder will also work to ensure they support ADNEC’s customer driven approach by working as required in a flexible, positive, collaborative and transparent manner to deliver any task necessary to meet customer expectations and deliver any task requested by their line manager in connection with the position.


• To follow up and update all departments regarding updates to applicable laws, rules, regulations and circulars.
