Job Description - Senior Legal Counsel, Technology Investment

We are working closely with an Abu Dhabi based technology investor, who are seeking a new lawyer to add to their team.

What you'll be doing:

Whilst supporting a General Counsel, you'll be acting as a main contact point for internal client relations when it comes to legal.
The bulk of work will cover investment activities, commercial contracting, strategic partnerships and corporate transactions.

Who you'll likely need to be, in order to succeed:

Whilst there is a degree of flexibility, there are some core guidelines that make the backbone of the client expectations:

Common law qualification (essential due to the nature of the documents and the work).
6-10 years of experience in general corporate and commercial, ideally covering technology and or investments work.
Trained and qualified with an international standard law firm, or been working in-house at a recognised corporate (ideally both).
Abu Dhabi and ADGM experience is heavily valued.
