Develop and implement a comprehensive rotable lifecycle management strategy, balancing on-wing performance (reliability, FOF, NFF, short-term removals) and off-wing performance (TAT, repair scope, component standards). Manage overall costs related to repairs, loans, and exchanges, and drive cost recovery through warranty and technical claims. Support BER analysis and repair vs. replacement decisions. Ensure suppliers are effectively performing by means of regular engagement, contract management and development of improvement plan on product and processes. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum 10 years of experience in repair management, component workshop management, and technical supply chain operations, out of which 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of rotable components, repair standards, reliability, cost management and applicable aviation regulations (FAA/EASA/GCAA). Skills in financial analysis, business case development, contract negotiation and supplier engagement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with data-driven approach to decision-making. Proven leadership and team development capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
