Job Purpose:
Development of our top Emarati customer base across Commercial Bank of Dubai. Introduce new to bank UHNW Emarati customers
Principal Accountabilities:
Financial Affairs:
Managing relationships of top Emarati customers including Royal Family UAE.
Create awareness of the Emarati Banking proposition across the UAE Market.
Development of new customer acquisition to the Bank.
Managing the overall service proposition to the Banks HNW Emarati customers.
Targeting key Emarati segments across the UAE .
Act as the prime point of contact for own area of responsibility in order to provide a high quality service to customers and to ensure that agreed levels of customer satisfaction are achieved.
Manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive, by identifying their ongoing requirements, and make appropriate recommendations to ensure these needs are met.
Responsible to ensure Benefits applicable to Emirati & Private Banking clients are valid at all times.
Corporate Governance Affairs:
To respond to all RFIs/AML alerts & queries are addressed promptly in line with bank’s AML Policy guidelines to protect bank’s interest & reputation.
Administrative Affairs:
To ensure that all customer complaints are properly managed and resolved amicably within the time frame.
Provide market and customer analysis in order to support the Head of Private Banking to develop a suitable business strategy.
Education and Experience
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economics or Finance or Business Management
10 years banking experience with at least 4 to 5yrs in dealing with Private Banking clients
